Steve Lukather used the Providence effects in Tokyo!

Hi folks!

From March 1 (Mon.) to March 5 (Fri.), history was made at Billboard Live Tokyo. An outstanding band comprised of Randy Brecker, Bill Evans, Steve Lukather and Robben Ford with Darrlyl Jones, Rodney Holmes and Steve Weingart, well-known artists in the fields of Jazz, AOR, R&B and Rock, gave an inspiring performance.

Steve Lukather, well known as one of the greatest guitarists in the world, and also the guitarist of TOTO, used Providence pedals and cables at the Billboard Live Tokyo show.

First of all, Luke tried all of the Providence pedals before the show together with his tech Craig DeFalco. He was immediately impressed with the compressor pedal Velvet Comp VLC-1 and decided to use it for the show, and leave it on all the time. Then, he tried the Anadime chorus ADC-3 and the Delay 80's DLY-83, which he also liked and asked Craig to leave them set up for the show. After trying everything out, he ended up using the compressor (VLC-1), delay (DLY-83) and chorus(ADC-3), along with several Providence cables (S102/F201/P203), for the live show at Billboard Live Tokyo.

It was a great night, we are happy to welcome Luke as a Providence user!
Thanks also to Craig for his support.
